FOA Membership Dues Membership is $25.00 per month, per location. If you operate multiple locations, your total monthly dues are calculated as: $25.00 × number of locations.

If you own more than four stores, and you do not require separate cost center billing, you can add plans one at a time. Click “Add to Cart,” close the side cart, then pick the next plan. Keep going until you’ve reached the total number of all your stores.
If each store uses a different cost center or payment method, please complete the full process for each store one at a time. Register the store, choose its plan, and finish payment. After that, return to Join FOA and repeat the same steps for your next store. This keeps billing clean and separate for each location.
